About DealFlow
DealFlow is a confidential marketplace for buying and selling small and medium-sized businesses in Thailand. It is run by people who have spent decades on the legal and accounting side of Thai SME transactions, and is built around one belief: the reason deals go badly is almost always a lack of information, on both sides.

Why DealFlow exists
Most Thai SME businesses change hands through word of mouth. DealFlow provides a third option: a place where owners can understand what their business might be worth, prepare properly, appear on the market without being identified, and choose personally who is allowed to look closer.
What we actually do
We publish anonymised listings, provide free business valuations, review listings before publication, operate a confidential access mechanism, and publish research and guides for business owners who are earlier in the process than being ready to list.
What we do not do
We are not a broker and do not represent either side, negotiate, or guarantee the success of a transaction. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and we do not verify information that we have not checked. Listing badges indicate whether information has been verified or is an assumption.
Who is behind it
DealFlow is operated by Tanormsak Legal & Accounting Co., Ltd., a Bangkok legal and accounting practice that has worked with Thai business owners since 1974. Its experience includes preparing accounts, drafting share transfers, and assisting families through succession and other business matters.
How we make money
Browsing, creating an account, valuing a business, and publishing a standard listing are free. DealFlow charges for optional services such as deeper preparation work, managed sale processes, and professional services delivered by the practice behind the platform. It does not sell user data or editorial coverage.
How we decide what to claim
DealFlow follows a standard that claims should be supported by what the page or available data actually shows. Marketing descriptions should be clearly distinguished from factual claims, structured data must be backed by visible page content, and badges must state their own limits.
