What is your business worth?

This tool gives an indicative range in about two minutes. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a formal valuation — we show you exactly how the number is produced so you can judge it yourself.

This sets the revenue multiple and the margin the estimate compares you against.

THB

Total sales over the last full financial year, before any costs.

THB

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation. If you leave this blank we use the industry average margin instead.

%

Roughly how fast revenue has grown per year, as a percentage.

THB

Interest-bearing debt that a buyer would take on or repay.

THB

Surplus cash in the business at completion.

For Restaurants & F&B we use a 1.2× revenue multiple, a typical EBITDA margin of 12% and typical growth of 5%.

Your range will appear here

Enter your industry and last full year of revenue. Everything else is optional and makes the estimate more useful.

  • Your figures stay in your browser.
  • We show every step of the calculation, not just the answer.
  • No sales call from using this tool.

How this was calculated

We start from your revenue and the median revenue multiple for your industry, then adjust for how your profitability and growth compare with that industry's typical profile.

Revenue multiplied by industry multiple, adjusted for profitability and growth, then shown as an indicative range

Assumptions and limitations

  • Industry multiples are DealFlow reference figures for Thai SMEs, not a live transaction database.
  • The estimate ignores customer concentration, owner dependence, lease terms, contract quality, and legal or tax exposure — all of which move real prices substantially.
  • It assumes your figures are accurate and normalised. Owner expenses run through the business will distort the result.
  • Real transaction prices in a bilateral SME sale routinely land outside this range in both directions.

Industry reference figures
