1

Understand your value

Start with the free valuation tool. It shows you a range, the industry multiple behind it, and what would move the number. This is an estimate, not a formal valuation.

2

Check your readiness

A short assessment covering financial records, customer concentration, owner dependence, and legal housekeeping. It tells you what to fix before you go to market.

3

Build a confidential listing

You write an anonymised profile of the business. Your name, the company name, the address and your contact details are stored separately and never appear on the public page.

4

We review before publication

Our team checks the listing for completeness and plausibility, and may come back to you with questions. Nothing goes live until it passes review.

5

You control buyer access

Interested buyers request access. You see who they are, and you decide. Confidential material only unlocks after an NDA is signed, and you can revoke access at any time.

6

Move to a transaction

Track conversations, meetings and offers in one place. Bring in your own advisors, or ask us to introduce you to legal and financial specialists.

Buying a business

1

Search the market

Browse without an account. Filter by industry, province, asking price, revenue and EBITDA.

2

Create a buyer profile

Tell us who you are and what you are looking for. Your acquisition criteria drive your saved searches and alerts.

3

Get verified

Verification is a manual review by our team of your identity and, for firms, your organisation. Verified buyers are prioritised by sellers, because sellers can see the difference.

4

Request access to a listing

Tell the seller why you are interested. The seller reviews your profile and decides. This is not automatic, by design.

5

Sign the NDA

Access to confidential information requires a signed NDA recorded against the listing. Both sides keep a copy, and every confidential document you open is logged.

6

Run your process

Add the deal to your pipeline, take notes, assign tasks, and bring colleagues in. Move the deal through stages from first meeting to closing.
