WHAT IT COSTS

Three things we will not do
No charge to list, and no cut of your sale
Putting a business on DealFlow costs nothing. We take no success fee on a sale unless you have separately signed a written mandate with us that says so.
No commission tail, no exclusivity
Our terms contain no anti-circumvention clause and no exclusivity period. If you meet a buyer here and close the sale somewhere else, you owe us nothing. We are not a broker.
No percentage we cannot stand behind
We do not publish a headline success-fee rate, because there is no default one. If a fee ever applies to you it is written in a mandate you agreed to first, in writing, before any work starts.
CONFIDENTALITY
Your name stays yours until you decide otherwise
A public listing shows the shape of the business — industry, location, size, headline financials. Your company name, your contact details and your documents sit behind a gate that only opens when you approve a specific buyer and they sign an NDA.
PUBLIC TEASER
- Anonymised headline
- Industry & province
- Asking price band
- Revenue & EBITDA range
- Employee count
- Photos (non-identifying)
Visible - anyone can view
ACCESS GATE
- 1 - Seller approves you
- 2 - You sign the NDA
- 3 - Grant can expire
CONFIDENTIAL
- Registered company name
- Owner & contact details
- Exact address
- Full financial statements
- Data-room documents
- Confidential memorandum
Access controlled - revoked if approval is revoked
The seller can revoke access at any time
One deal, three sides, one workspace
Most tools serve one party and leave the others on email. A transaction has at least three, and each needs something the others must not have.
Owners
List the business identified. See exactly who is asking for access, approve them one at a time, and revoke the moment you change your mind.
Buyers and investors
Comparable figures on every listing before you contact anyone. Acquisition criteria that drive alerts, a pipeline for live deals, and colleagues you can bring in.
Advisers and brokers
Represent a client without rebuilding a data room per deal. Controlled document access, a record of who opened what, and a signed NDA on file against disclosure.
Thinking of selling?
Start with a free valuation and a readiness check. Nothing becomes public until you decide.
- A free valuation with the method shown, not a black box
- A readiness assessment before you commit to anything
- Your name and company stay hidden on the public listing
- You approve every buyer individually, and can revoke access
