FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

Sell your business withouttelling the market you are selling

Your staff, your customers and your competitors do not need to know. On DealFlow the public page describes the business; your name, your company's registered name, your address and your contact details are held in a separate access-controlled table and released only to buyers you have personally approved.

TH DealFlow is open in Thailand, and businesses here are listed and ready to talk. Detected from your connection.

No account needed to start. We ask for one at the last step, when there is something to send.

The four things owners worry about

These are the objections we hear most. Each one has a mechanism behind it, not a promise.

“My staff will find out.”

Nothing on the public page identifies you. No company name, no address, no photographs with signage or branded uniforms — our review rejects listings that contain them. You choose whether to show even the district.

“Competitors will read my numbers.”

The public page carries headline figures only. Full statements, customer concentration and supplier terms sit in a confidential record that is a separate database table with its own access rules. Nobody reaches it without your approval.

“I will be buried in time-wasters.”

Buyers must write to you explaining why the business fits their criteria before they see anything more. You read that, you see their verification status, and you decide. Approval is manual by design.

“I will lose control of the process.”

You can pause the listing, revoke a buyer's access, or withdraw entirely at any time, and revoking takes effect immediately. Every confidential document a buyer opens is logged and visible to you.

How confidentiality works

What listing actually involves

About twenty minutes of work, saved as you go. Nothing is public until you submit it and our team has reviewed it.

1

Understand your value

Start with the free valuation tool. It shows you a range, the industry multiple behind it, and what would move the number. This is an estimate, not a formal valuation.

2

Check your readiness

A short assessment covering financial records, customer concentration, owner dependence, and legal housekeeping. It tells you what to fix before you go to market.

3

Build a confidential listing

You write an anonymised profile of the business. Your name, the company name, the address and your contact details are stored separately and never appear on the public page.

4

We review before publication

Our team checks the listing for completeness and plausibility, and may come back to you with questions. Nothing goes live until it passes review.

5

You control buyer access

Interested buyers request access. You see who they are, and you decide. Confidential material only unlocks after an NDA is signed, and you can revoke access at any time.

6

Move to a transaction

Track conversations, meetings and offers in one place. Bring in your own advisors, or ask us to introduce you to legal and financial specialists.

Three things we will not do

No charge to list, and no cut of your sale

Putting a business on DealFlow costs nothing. We take no success fee on a sale unless you have separately signed a written mandate with us that says so.

No commission tail, no exclusivity

Our terms contain no anti-circumvention clause and no exclusivity period. If you meet a buyer here and close the sale somewhere else, you owe us nothing. We are not a broker.

No percentage we cannot stand behind

We do not publish a headline success-fee rate, because there is no default one. If a fee ever applies to you it is written in a mandate you agreed to first, in writing, before any work starts.

Value your business

An indicative range built from your revenue, margin and industry multiple, with the arithmetic shown. It is an estimate, not a formal valuation.

Readiness assessment

Twelve questions covering the gaps a buyer will find in diligence — records, customer concentration, owner dependence, legal housekeeping.

Check if I am ready to sell

Start where it costs you nothing

Most owners begin with the valuation or the readiness check months before they list. Both are free, neither creates a listing, and neither tells anyone you are thinking about it.
